The Gopi Krishna Memorial Foundation, established in the memory of the late journalist and writer Gopi Krishna Khanal, has supported the Mangal Sewa Samiti, Bhadrapur.

According to the coordinator of the foundation Manoj Khanal, Rs. 51,000 has been provided for the construction of a educational garden at Mechi Campus Bhadrapur with statues of five Nepali writers from eastern region.

Amout was provided to organization in the presence of the patron of the foundation Rupadevi Khanal, secretary Dr. Punya Prasad Poudyal, Treasurer Bhanubhakta Khanal, members Ganga Prasad Bhattarai, Khadga Prasad Dahal and others.

From the side of organization Chairman of the Mangal Sewa Samiti Gopal Khanal, Secretary Narendra Timsina, Joint Secretary Hariom Neupane and others were present in the program.

Foundation had also provided support amount for the establishment of PCR Lab in Kotihome, Surunga, last year.
