Dr. Yubraj Khatiwada

is a cabinet finance minister of current Nepal government, the NCP-leader of K P Sharma Oli is the Prime Minister of Nepal on 15th Feb 2018. He was born 14th August 1956 a rural village in Taplejung east-north part of Nepal. His academic study is  Ph. D. in Monetary Economics from Delhi School of Economics, the University of Delhi in 1991.

Dr. Khatiwada started a service carrier Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) initial and became a Governor on 22 March 2010. He was also served as a Vice Chairman, National Planning Commission, Government of Nepal (since June 24, 2009, to 21 March 2010).  He was also worked for about 3 years (November 2002‐ June 2005) as a member of the National Planning commission. Dr. Khatiwada rewarded a  Mahendra Bidhya Bhusan in 1994   and  Suprabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu in 2001 by late His Majesty the King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. Dr. Khatiwada Felicitated by several organizations in recognition to contributions on development and management process.

Dr. Khatiwada and Gopi Krishna Khanal both are close family related.

Dr. Suman Raj Timsina

 is an accomplished manager with 25+. Years of leadership with strategy management and execution experience. He is a highly motivated dynamic leader who drives growth from a deep understanding of customer behavior technology, product design, and execution. He is an Executive Director-Business Development at International Development Institute. Prior to IDI, he served as a Vice-President at Bank of America and Fannie Mae. He has extensive experience in banking operations.

Mr. Timsina ’s global experience includes working in and with North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. His areas of interest have been innovation, STEM education, entrepreneurship, youth engagement, mentoring, diaspora study, tourism development, conflict resolution, good governance, community development, education, economic growth, and health care. He has numerous policy papers on these issues. Over the years, he has developed numerous programs in Nepal, India, Nigeria, and USA.

He was also an adjunct faculty in Temple University in Philadelphia. He studied at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi (India) and University of Pennsylvania. He has authored a book and edited a number of magazines. He is also a Fulbright recipient. He also serves on the board of a number of non-profit organizations and also is a President of Fairfax Lions Club of NOVA Nepalis. He served as a President of NRN Coordination Council of USA, General Secretary of ANA, Co-Chair of Board of International Nepali Literary Society and many other organizations. He also served as a diversity member of the School Board, founding the chair of Asian Leadership Network in Bank of America and currently in the board of Durga Temple in VA. 

He also initiated and help establish business incubator and a Women Entrepreneurship Group in Biratnagar (Nepal)

Sarbendra Khanal

is the 26th Chief of Nepal Police,  appointed on 10th April 2018 by the Government of Nepal. IGP Mr. Khanal was born 10th April 1966 in Tanahu, graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Tribhuvan University.

He has also graduated in several specialized Police courses in Nepal and abroad, which includes Advanced Management and Development Course, VIP Security Training, VIP Protection Course (USA-2002), NCB Officers’ Course (Thailand-2004), High Level Course on Police, Civil and Military Relations (Italy-2014), Crime Investigation Training, Command Training, Advanced Security Operations Course (USA-2016) and Law of Armed Conflict Course.  Additionally, he also participated in an Inter-Ministerial Fact Finding visit to Sri Lanka and Malaysia to investigate cases of exploitation and trafficking of Nepali women in 2016.

Purushottam Sigdel

is retired Head Master of  Budha Aadarsh High School, Budhabare Jhapa after his professional teaching service in 45 years in his life.  He was born 1942 March 30th at Taplejung Nepal.

He was graduated in Nepali Literature from Tribhuvan University and honor the Pracharya from Banaras India.  He has published a book named ” Aama ” and ” Parikrama” poem recently. He is also writing poems, articles and published various media.

Jaya Narayan Dhungana

is a founder of Kankai Boarding School at Birtamod Jhapa, which is the first private English medium school in Mechi Zone in 1978. He established an educational institute where any kids can start to learn from Nursery to master degree on Arts, Commerce, Science, Hotel Management and Computer science in both Nepali and English medium as of now.

He was born at Shantipur, Ilam on Nov. 27th, 1950.  He is involving nonnumeric social organization in Ilam and Jhapa distric since last 30 years.  He was elected president of local government it’s called Shantipur village and serve a role of vice president of Nepal Jaycees in 1987 as well as member of central advisor committee of Sanatan Dharma Sewa Sammittee  of Nepal.  He is involving more than two dozens of social and welfare community surrounding Jhapa district.

A built  and donation of Durga Temple is located in Traffic chock at  Birtamod is the remarkable contribution of local community. He is a strong social worker in Birtamod Community  and  his name is taken as a hearty personal in social field.

Kul Prasad Sangraula

is Ward Chairman (No -4)  and member of the education committee of Birtamod municipality when he elected in Feb 2018 for local government by Nepali Congress.  Mr. Sangraula is a social worker and he has been connected as a collogue with Mr. Khanal in local community development at Birtamod.  He has been served dozen of district label community service since 1996.

He was involved on Nepal Scout Panchthar District, Panchthar Sports development committee, Helping Hands of Panchathar,  Federation of Nepal commerce and Industries, Panchthar Multiple Campus before he moved to Birtamod, Jhapa.

He is actively involved on the president of Jyestha Nagarik Birtamod, Central Treasures of Sangraula Bansha Samanbaya tatha Samaj Kalyan in Jhapa.

He has visited America, Japan, Thailand and Hongkong for social and personal matters.

He was born B. S. 2012 Bhadra 26th at Panchami, Panchthar.
