Rupa Devi Khanal

is a spouse of late Gopi Krishna Khanal, who was born on March 5th, 1953 (B.S. 2009 Phalgun 22)  at Taplejung.  She has finished high school in Budhbare, Jhapa.  In 2026, she got married to Mr. GK Khanal when he was a professional Hotel Manager at Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

The Khanal couple decided to move back to home country Nepal for a better opportunity when they have two kids named Manoj and Roshan in 1973.

She is a founder of this foundation who completely dedicated to run better  direction of its objectives.  On her age 67th, she lost her husband an accident which brings is to create Gopi Krishna Memorial foundation.
